近红外光谱技术在人参质量评价中的研究现状
摘 要:本文总结了近红外光谱技术在人参外观检验、有效成分分析、重金属和农药残留检测等质量评价方法中的应用,论述了近红外光谱技术在提高评价准确性和可靠性方面的重要性,同时总结了近红外光谱技术在人参产地溯源、年限鉴别、种子鉴别、类别鉴别、皂苷和多糖检测等多方面的应用。

Abstract: This paper summarizes the application of near-infrared spectroscopy in the quality evaluation methods of ginseng appearance inspection, active ingredient analysis, heavy metal and pesticide residue detection, and discusses the importance of near-infrared spectroscopy in improving the accuracy and reliability of evaluation. At the same time, it summarizes the application of near-infrared spectroscopy in the traceability of ginseng origin, age identification, seed identification, category identification, saponin and polysaccharide detection.
