摘 要：随着食品市场的扩大，食品安全事故时有发生，不利于维护食品安全和质量，因此需要重视对食品安全的检测工作，从技术层面来保障食品安全，维持良好的食品市场环境。本文对液相色谱和气相色谱在食品检验检测中的具体应用进行分析，以供参考。

Abstract： With the expansion of the food market， food safety accidents occur from time to time， which is not conducive to maintaining food safety and quality.
