重构枯草芽孢杆菌的木糖代谢通路生产乙醇酸

摘 要:本研究旨在获得一株可利用麸皮生产乙醇酸的食品安全菌。通过同时过表达xdh和yjhG,构建了基因工程菌XDH-YjhG,该菌株能够利用麸皮生产乙醇酸,产量为3.15 g·L-1。本研究首次证明了可利用麸皮作为碳源生产乙醇酸,为乙醇酸的工业化生产奠定了基础。

Reconstructing the Xylose Metabolic Pathway of Bacillus subtilis to Produce Glycolic Acid

Abstract: This study aims to obtain a food-safe bacterium capable of utilizing wheat bran to produce acetic acid. By co-overexpressing xdh and yjhG, a genetically engineered strain XDH-YjhG was constructed, which could use wheat bran to produce acetic acid with a yield of 3.15 g·L-1. This study is the first to demonstrate the use of wheat bran as a carbon source for the production of acetic acid, laying the foundation for the cost-effective industrial production of acetic acid.
