基于ISO 22000的高校食品安全管理体系建设研究

摘 要:随着经济水平不断提高,食品安全问题已成为社会问题、共性问题,人们对食品安全的要求越来越高。为了切实保障广大师生的饮食安全和身体健康,高校食堂可利用ISO 22000食品安全认证体系,通过识别产品类别,提前预判所有可能发生的危害,排除危害发生的可能性,有效预防和控制食品安全事故的发生。

Research on the Construction of College Food Safety Management System Based on ISO 22000

Abstract: With the continuous improvement of economic level, food safety has become a social problem and a common problem, and people’s requirements for food safety are getting higher and higher. In order to effectively protect the food safety and physical health of teachers and students, college canteens can use the ISO 22000 food safety certification system to identify product categories, predict all possible hazards in advance, rule out the possibility of hazards, and effectively prevent and control the occurrence of food safety accidents.
