A Clinical Study on the Treatment of Subacromial Impingement Syndrome by Scapular Rotation Method Combined with Intramuscular Adhesive Based on the Theory of Tendon -bone Balance

Abstract：ObjectiveToreviewtheeffectivenessofscapularrotationmethodcombinedwithKinesioTaping（KT）inthetreatment ofsubacromialimpingementsyndrome（SIS）undertheguidanceof‘tendon-bonebalance'theory，andtoprovidenewideasforthe treatmentofSS.ThemechanismofthereatmenofSISbytraditionalChineseosteotherapywasalsodiscued.MethodsAtospec tivestudywasconductedon72patientsdagnosedasSS.Acording totheprincipleofRCT，thesubjectsweredividedintoxprentalgroupandcontrol group，36casesieach group，32casesinexperimental groupand3Ocases incontrolgroup.Theexperimental group wastreated withscapula rotation methodcombinedwith KT.Thecontrolgroupwas treatedwithshock wavecombined with KT， andthechangesofConstant-Murley（CMS）soresand imagingindexes wereobservedbefore treatmentand8weksaftertreatment. Results After8 weeks of treatment，there was no statistical significance in CMS score between the two groups （ P>0.05 ）. The imaging indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group （ P<0.05 ）. There was no statistical significance in general data between the two groups （ P>0.05 ）. Conclusion Scapular rotation combined with KT in the treatment of SIS can achieve good curativeeet.Ishasfctioisdatimprovingeodioofpgeet，undametallaginepaoloicals cleandbone stateofSS，andachievingbeterlongtemcurativeefect，reducingtheoperationrateofrotatorcuf injury，andducing

thefamilyand social economicburden.
