StudyonthePreparation ProcessofShenmei Qingyan Granules

Abstract：ObjectiveTooptiizethepreparationprocessofShenmei Qingyan Granules，anin-hospitaltraditional Chinesemedicine preparation，andensureitsstablequalityanddefinitecurativeefect.Methods Te waterextraction-wetgranulationprocess was adopted.Withthedryextractyield，ganulefomabilityygroscopicitysolubilityandothrindicators，thekeyprocesstessuchas extraction，granulationanddryingwereinvestigatedtroughsingle-factorexperiments.ResultsTheoptimalpreparatioprocesswas as follows：accuratelyweighapproriateamountsofSropulariaeRadix，PolygoniCuspidatiRizoma，andMumeFructusPraparatus. Soaktheweighedmaterialsinwaterfor1hour，thenboiltwice：thfirstboilingfor2hoursandthesecondboilingfor1.5hours.Filter the liquid and concentrate it to a paste with a relative density of 1.28 -1.36 at 70-80qC . After drying and powdering，add 1.1- 1.2 times the weight of sucrose，stir for 5-10 minutes to mix thoroughly，granulate using 85% ethanol，and dry at 70-80 C for 4- （20 6hours.Conclusion Verifiedbysmall-saleand pilot-scale tests，theprocssisstable，reliableandhighlyreproducible，providing technical support for the standardized production and clinical application of Shenmei Qingyan Granules.
