Determination of Phillyrin，Arctiinand Cinnamic Acid from Xiaoer QingyanGranules

Abstract：ObjectiveDeterminatephilyrin，arctinandcinnamicacidfrom Xiaoer Qingyangranulessimultaneouslybythemethodof HPC.MethodsTheXiaoerQingyan granuleswereextractedbyulrasonic extractionwithmethanol，which wasanalysedona35 C thermostatic Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column （ 250mm×4.6mm ， 5μm ），with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile0.1% phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0mL/min in a linear gradient elution，and the selected detection wavelength was 278 nm. Results All the three constituents showed fine linear relationships within their own ranges （ r⩾0.999 8 ）.The RSD of the precision，stability and repeatability tests were all less than 1.0% . The average recoveries were 95.04%-99.90% with the RSDs of 0.97%-1.43% ： Conclusion This HPLC method is easytooperateand suitable fortheevaluationand qualitycontrol of Xiaoer Qingyan granules.
