Abstract:ObjectiveTooptimizetheextractionprocessofShenshiTongluoformulausingorthogonal experimentaldesigncombined withfuyanalytichierarchyprocess,entropyweightandindependenceweightMethodsTecontentofCalycosin7glucosidendnaringin,extractionamountandsilarityoffingerpritsastekyevaluationindexesTeextractiontimes,extractiontieadtheamountof waterweretakensteinvestigationfactors,thediferentlevelsofachfactorweredeterindbysinglefactortestFuzyanlytichierarchprocss,ntropyweightmetodandindependenceweghtmethodwereusedtodetermineteweightcoeficientofeachndex.Thecomprehensivescoreoforthogonaldesignresultswascalculated,andtheoptimalextractionprocess parametersof Shenshi Tongluo formulareseledandverifedResultsTeweightcoeficientofachindexwereasfollws:theweightoftecontentofCalycosin -7- glucoside and naringin were 33% and 42% ,the weight of paste yield was 22% ,and the weight of fingerprint similarity was 3% .The optimal extraction process was determined to add 6 times water and extract 2 times for 1,0 hours each time. Conclusion The optimizedextractionparametersofShenshiTongluoformulawerestableandfeasible,whichprovidedareferenceforthedevelopmentof otherwater extraction formulas and provideda theoretical basis for the folow-upresearch of Shenshi Tongluo formula.
