Abstract：ThetheoryofYinFirewasproposedandestablishedbyLiDongyuan，andisthecoreof thetheoryof spleenandstomach.Itscore pathogenesisischaracterizedby“spleen－stomachdeficiency，sinkingofclearyang，and intenal generationofYin Fire".？Thetreatmentprinciplefocusesonregulatingandtonifyingthespleenandstomach，upliftingYangQi，andpurgingYinFire. Basedonthetheoryof YinFire，thisarticlediscuses theconceptof“MoxibustionCanBe UsedforHeat Syndrome”，and proposes thatmoxibustioncanbeapliedtocertainclinicalconditions withheatmanifestations，wosecorepathogenesisisatributedtoYin Fire.TheYinFiretheoryprovidestheoreticalsupportfortheuseofmoxibustionintreatingheatsyndromes，oferingsignificantguidance and academic value for clinical practice.
