Exploring theDifferentiationand Treatment of HeartFailureBasedonthe Theoryof Heart Xuanfu

Abstract：Fromthe perspectiveofXuanfu，thepathological mechanismof heartfailurecouldbesummarizedasdeficiencyof vital qi，atrophyandclosureofXuanfu，andstagnationofwaterandblood.Thedeficiencyofvitalqiwastheinitiatingfactorinthensetof heartfailure，whiletheatrophyandcosureofXuanfu，alongwiththestagnationofwaterandblood，constutedthekeymechanisms inthe progresionanddeteriorationofhartfilure.Intreatment，itwasimportanttostrengthnthevitalqiandopentheXuanfuto promotethecirculationofqi，blood，bodyfluids，andspirit.Thewind-dispelingmedicine withascending，difusing，andpenetratingcharacteristics，andtheiset-derivedmedicinewithpenetratingpropetis，bothavetheabilitytodeeplypenetratetote Xuanfuanddirectlyopenupanyblockages.Whencombined withherbsthatonifyqi，warmyang，invigoratebloodcirculation，and promote diuresis，they could significantly enhance the therapeutic efects in the treatment of heart failure.
