Abstract：DoctrineofFiveEvolutivePhasesandSixClimaticFactorsisanimportantpartof raditionalChinesemedicine.Inrecentyear，withthepropagationoftheideaof“Preventionbeforedisease”，thevalueofiveEvolutivePhasesandSixClimaticFactors indiseasepredictionhasbenatached.Byombingtherelevantliteraures，wearrangethehistoricaldevelopmentprossofoctrine ofFiveEvolutivePhassandSixClimaticFactors.Analyzedthenecesityandcharacteristicstobuildthemodelofdiseaseprediction. AndgeneralizedtheapplicationofmodelofdiseasepredictionofDoctrineofFiveEvolutivePhasesandSixClimaticFactorsininfectiousdiseases，cardiovasculardisease，respiratorysystemdiseases，digestivesystemdiseases，andothermiscellneousdiseases. Furthermore，wediscusstudyvalueanddificultiesoftheDoctrineofFiveEvolutivePhasesandSix ClimaticFactors whichcanpro videthe reference for further clinical studies.
