Abstract：FingerprintcancontrolthequalityofChinese medicineasawhole，andhasbecomeawidelyrecognizedqualitycontrol methodathomeandabroadinrecentyears.However，teextenttohichtechemicalcomponentspresentinthfingerprntsarerelat edtopharmacologicalefctsisucear.Bystudyingteorelationbeweenchemicalomponentsinfingerprintadpacolgical efects，thepharmacologicalessncefoundationofChinesemedicinecanbepreliminarilyrevealed.Inthispaper，theaplicationof spectrum-efectrelationshipintheresearchofpharmacologicalessencefoundatinwassummaredinodertoprovidereferencefor further research on pharmacological essence foundationof Chinese medicine.

谱效关系于2002 年由李戎[1]提出，是指在中药化学指纹图谱研究的基础上，最大限度地获取有用的化学信息，将中药中各成分的指纹图谱与药效结果联系起来，通过线性或非线性数学处理，建立指纹图谱-药效学（谱-效）关系数学模型，从而初步确定中药药效物质基础[2]。（剩余10597字）
