Abstract：Postoperative woundsofanorectaldiseasesarepronetocontaminationandslowhealingduetotheirspecialanatomical location，andtheeficacyoftraditionaltherapiesislimited.ThetraditionalChinesemedicine（TCM）theoryofWeinongZhangrou （mellowing pus topromotegranulation）takesremoving necrotictisseand promotinggranulationastheore，andacelerates wound healingbyregulatingthewoundmicroenvironment.GancaoGuilaOintment，whichisderivedfromAColectionofZhaoBingnanClinicalExperience，asteectsofminatingpus，promotinggaulatioaroingblodandregeneratinguscleselsth functionsofanti-inflammatio，promoting issuerepairandregulatingmcroenvironent.Itsmchanismsinudeiibitingeive inflammatoryresponseinteiflammatoryphasegulating teparizationbalanceofM/2macrophages，promotingthepsion ofangiogenesisfactors，aceleatingteforatioofgaulatiotissueandepithelialegenerationTisarticleeviestealicati statusand mechanismofGancaoGuilaOintmentinthetreatmentofpostoperativewoundsofanorectaldiseasesbasedonthetheoryof Weinong Zhangrou.
