Abstract：Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）positsthatsplee deficiencyconstitutesthefundamental pathogenesisunderlying the entire course of Atopic Dermatitis （AD），and treatment should prioritize spleen ⋅- fortifying and root -consolidation principles. Duringtheacutephase，theconditionpredominantlymanifestsasasplendeficiencywithdamp-heatacumulationsyndrome，wherespleen weaknessservesas therootcauseanddamp-heatactsasthesecondarypathogenicfactor.Treatmentinthisphaseshouldfocusonheat -clearing，detoxification，spleenstrengthning，nddampnessliinationInthechonicphase，thediseasetypicallprntsas aspleendeficiencywithblooddeficiencyandwind-drynesyndrom，wherespleendeficiencyremainstherotwhileblooddeficiency andwind-dryessdominateassecondarymanifestations.Therapeuticstrategiesuringtisstageemphasizespleenfortficatiolood nourishment，andwid-dispelingithitchrelief.Splen-fortifingandrot-consoldationterapyisegadedaspivotalralt ingdiseaseprogressionandpreventing recurrence，embodyingtheTCM wisdomof“treatingdiseasebyaddressingitsrootcause”
