Abstract：Diinesispronetorecurrentattacksincinicalpractice，interferingwithnoalworkandlife.Intreamentitis mostlystartedfromfiveaspectsof“wind，fie，legm，loodstasisanddeficiency”，ileigoingthetreatmentfrothespectie of“fluidretention”fudretentionisayinevilWhenitfailstdescend，theater-fluidillscendouteflowtoheadnd face，thusresultingindiziness.ProfesorLiQingstartsfromthefluidretentionevilandpointsoutthatwhentheqi-transfoation functionsofthelung，splenandidneyareaboal，themidleyangisdeficient，thetrasporationndtrasformationfutiosof thetripleenergizerareoutofcontrolndthewater-fluidstagnatesinacertainpartofortheyinevilplegm-fluidretetionIt willgather whenencounteringcoldandcirculatewhengeting warm.Therefore，taking“Forthosewithphlegm-fluidretentiondiseases，theyshouldbetreated withwarmingdrugs toharmonizethem.”as thetreatmentprinciple，using LinguiZhugan Decotioncombined with Zexie Decoctiontowarmyangandpromoteqi-transformation，warmandtransfordrinkretentiontotreatdiineshasachieved good curative effects，which is worthy of in-depth exploration and application in clinical practice.
