Abstract：Basedonthetheoryofqitransformationinthetripleenergizer，combinedwithtepathogeniccharacteristicsofallergic rhinitis，tisstudyproposstatitspathogsisistedisorderofitrasforationietripleeegir，cludingthedeicicyof qiintheupperenergierandtedisharmonyofpectoralqi；teunfavoableregulatiointeiddleenergizerandteobstructionofthe orfesbyturbidstasis；theconsumptionofprimordialqiinthelowerenergizerandtheacumulationoffuidInthetreatment，the syndromediferentiationofthetripleenrgizerisadoptedInteupperenergizer，itistotoifythelungqi，promotethedispsion anddescent.Inthemiddleenergizer，itistostrengthenthespleenandstomach，andpromotebloodcirculationtoremovebloodstasis.Inthelowerenergizer，itistoonifythekidneyandcultivate theprimordialqi，regulateqiandwarmang.Throughtheanalysis of medicalcases，thetiology，pathogenesis，treatmentprinciples，formulasandherbsforthetreatmentofARarediscusedtoguide clinical practice.
