Abstract Hospital culture plays a pivotal role in driving the high-quality development of hospitals. This study analyzes thecurrent status and chalenges in theconstructionof hospital culture within nationalregional medical centers fromfourdimensions：spiritual culture，institutional culture，behavioral culture，and material culture.Taking Guizhou Hospital Afiliated with Shanghai Children's Medical Center，Shanghai Jiao Tong University Schoolof Medicine as an example，it elucidates pathways topromote thehigh-qualitydevelopmentof nationalregional medicalcenter through hospital culture construction，providing references for enriching the connotative development of such centers.
