Abstract Objective To construct a hierarchical management system for single一disease entities within compact urban medicalconsortia，providing areferenceforthe standardized management of single一diseaseentities within medical consortia. MethodsA framework for the hierarchical management system for single一disease entities in compact urban medical consortia was established through literature research and thematic analysis. The Delphi method was employed to determine the structure and weights of three—level indicators through two rounds of expert consultations. ResultsA hierarchical management system for single一diseaseentities in compact urban medical consortia was constructed，comprising6 primary indicators，20 secondary indicators，and77 tertiary indicators.ConclusionTheconstructed hierarchical management system for single一disease entities in compact urban medical consortia demonstrates a certain degreeof scientific validityand reliability，serving as areferenceforthe managementof single一disease entities within medical consortia and providing evidence for the construction of compact urban medical consortia.
