Abstract By conducting a systematic review of relevant literature both domestically and internationally，this study has summarized the developmental trajectory，current status，and practical efectivenessof walking blood banks.Walking blood banks have markedly enhanced the capacity for emergency blood supply assurance. As an emergency blood supply mechanism，walking blood banks require strengthened cross一departmental collaboration and the advancement of technological research and development to achieve eficient and safe applications in emergency scenarios.
