Abstract Specialty alliances play a crucial role in optimizing resource allcation structures and achieving homogeneous managementof medical quality.This paper introduces theconstructionobjectives，organizational framework，and basic operational mechanisms of thegynecological specialtyaliance among municipal-level hospitals in Shanghai.It explores aspects such as enhancing thequality and safety of key gynecological conditions，standardizing diagnostic and treatment protocols，promoting the aplicationof key emerging technologies，and collaboratively advancing clinical research. The findings provide references for the establishment of other specialty alliances.
