Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the pathways and methods for integrating the Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）conceptof "preventive treatment of disease"into thehealth management of voluntary blood donors.Methods Implement training inappropriate TCMtechniques for professional and technicalpersonnel tocultivate askilled talent team; create a TCM-featured blood donation service environment to foster a favorable atmosphere;utilize four一diagnosticdevices toestablish aconstitutionalidentificationarchive for blooddonors，providing personalizedguidance;and strengthen TCM一based science popularization and education among voluntary blood donors to improve their TCM health literacy.ResultsThe proportion of first-time voluntary blood donors increased from 26.01% to 28.42% ，while the proportion of repeat donors rose from 10.12% to 12.16% . This enhanced donor retention and stabilized the donor pool.

ConclusionThe establishment of a TCM-based health management pathway for blood donors is conducive to improving their TCM health literacy，enhancing the effectivenessof health services，and stabilizing the donor pool.
