Abstract Focusing on the high-quality development of public hospitals and the training needs of specialist nurses, this study,referencingthepyramid model,constructsasystematic,professional,andintellgenttraining systemforspe cialist nurses from thre dimensions:connotation construction,quality supervision,and inovative resource utilization. Strategies include solidifyinga three-tier management structure and institutional framework,imposing stringent eligibilitycriteria for base leaders and traine recruitment,deepening core competency一orientedcurriculum design,implementing diversified teaching methods,establishing a "1+N" assessment and evaluation system,and developing an intelligenttraining management platform. This provides a reference for cultivating high-caliber clinical specialist nursing talent.
