Abstract Developing high-end international medical services aligns with national policy directions aimed at promoting the growth of the health services industry.Addressing the shortcomings of international medical services under the traditionalobstetricresource alocation model,thisstudy takestheinternational medical departmentofapublic maternal and childspecialty hospital as an example to elaborateonits measures in obstetric resource allocation and manage ment. These measures include establishing a management system,constructing a dynamic resource management platform,cultivating human resources,providing high一end diagnosis and treatment services throughout the entire pregnancy and childbirth process,and establishing supporting safeguard mechanisms.In the future,thehospital willcontinue to enhancetheservicecapabilitiesofits internationalmedicaldepartment in areas such as real-time feedback of opinions, clinical pathways,in一depth interdisciplinary collaboration,and seamless integration with tourism.
