Abstract In the development of international medical tourism，Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） serves as a crucial bridgeforshowcasinganddiseminating Chineseculture.This study systematicall elaborates ontheconstruction pathwaysfor TCMinternational medicalservicemodels，focusingondimensionssuchas hardwarefailityrenovation，nstitutionalandmechanismoptimization，commercialinsurancecoverage，talentteam building，service model innovation，andtheestablishmentofo verseas TCMmedical centersAdditionally，it proposes countermeasures adresing challngessuch aspayment limitations imposed bycommercial insurance，ashortageofcross-cultural talent，andinadequatefull—lifecycleservices.Thisprovidesrefer encesforpublic TCM hospitals to engage in international services and promote the overseas dissemination of TCMculture.
