Abstract：ObjectiveTosummarizethe medicationregularityofLi Weninthetreatmentofurticaria.Methods Basedonheoutpatientmedicalrecordsystem，theprescriptionsforurticariadiagnosedandtreatedbyLi WenofGuangzhuoshiDongshengHospitalof TraditionalChineseMedicine（TCM）fromNovember2OtoMay2021werecolected，selected，andthedatabasewasestablishedafterdoubleexamination.TeSPSS Statistics26softareandModeler18Odataminingsoftwarewasused toanalyzethefrequencystatistics，drugcusteringandasoiationsofdgsResultsAtotalof83prsciptiosonaing95ugeeicluded，wito talfrequencyof1175Among them，thetopthredrugs withthehighestfrequencywereFangfeng（SaposhnikoviaeRadix），ingjiesui （SchizonepetaeSpica），Shetui（Serpentiserostracum）；TheTCMincorporatedmainlyconsistedofexterior-relievingdrugs，toify ingdeficiencydrugsandPinggan Xifeng medicine.Thesemedicines were mainlyflatandwarm，theflavorswere mainlysweetandpungent，the meridian tropisms were mainly atributive to lung and liver meridians. With 8O% support and 90 % confidence，the most frequentcombinationof TCMwasfoundtobeFangfeng（Saposhnikoviae Radix），Jingjiesui（Schizonepetae Spica）.Clusteranalysisevealedfivedistinctclustering methods.ConclusionThemostcommonlyusedherbsincludethoseforrelieving exteriorsyndromeand deficiency.Additionall，afixedpateofdrugpairing wasobserved.Thefndingscanprovidevaluableinsightsforclinicaltreatment of urticaria.
