Abstract:ObjectiveRapidquantitativeanalysisofpolysaccharideintheextractionprocessofMilettaspeciosa Champ(MS)usingnearinfraredspectrosopyMethodsThenear-infraredspectraof9OextractsofMSwerecolectedusingaportableear-fraredspectrometer,ndthecontentofpolysahrideasdeterindbyultravioletisiblespectropotometryBasedonteoigialand preprocessedspectra,thefull-spectrumpartial leastsquare(Full-PS),thebackward intervalpartialleastsquare(Bi-PS)and thesupportvectormachineregresion(SVR)wereusedtoestablishaquantitativecalibrationmodelforthepolysaccharidecontentof MS,respectively. Results The correlation coefficient of prediction ( RP )of the optimal Full -PLS,Bi-PLS,and SVR models for polysaharidequantfcationwere0.8942,0.9307,and0.9439,respectively,andtheresidualpredictivedeviation(RPD)were 2.07,2.31,and2.55,respectively.ConclusionThepredictionperformanceoftheestablishedSVRquantitativemodelwasbter thanthatofFull-PLSandBi-PLSmodels,anditcouldrapidlypredictthepolysaccaridecontentintheextractionprocessofMS. The methodhastheadvantagesofeasyoperation,accuracynondestructiveand green,whichcanprovideanew methodreferencefor quality control in the production process of MS.
