Abstract：Withtheaccelerationofpopulationaging，theincidenceofChronic musculoskeletal diseases-primarilydrivenbythe bodynaturaldegenerationirsingandhasbecomeaseriousthreattothehealthandqualityoflifeofmidleagedandelderlyndividuals.TraditionalChineseMedicinefersuniqueinsightsintothesecondtions，oldingthatalthough Chronicmusculoskeletaldiseasesmanifestlocally，theyimplicatetheentirebody.Thisarticle，viewedthroughthelensoftheHolisticconcept，atemptstobriefly discussthesignificanceofthetendon-bonetheoryinthediagosisandtreatmentofChronicmusculoskeletaldiseases，therebyproviding a teoretical basis for their clinical management in Traditional Chinese orthopedics and traumatology.

慢性筋骨病是机体自然衰老或者劳损、感受外邪、创伤、代谢障碍等引起脊柱、四肢骨关节退变及继发周围软组织病损，筋骨平衡失调，而出现的以疼痛、肿胀、麻木、肌肉萎缩、活动受限等为主要临床表现的一系列疾病的统称[1-3]。（剩余8918字）
