Abstract：ObjectiveToestablishthequalitystandardofWuuei KuanjinDecoctiongranulesandexploretheinhibitoryffectof Wuwei KuanjinDecoctiongranulesonxanthineoxidase.MethdsTCwasusedtoidentifyTinosporasinensis（Lour.）MeSuertia Thunb.Then the content of gallic acid was determined by HPLC. Using 95% ethanol， 50% ethanol and n -butanol as extraction reagents，theoptimumextractionconditionswerescreenedbycoldsoakingandhotsoaking.HPLCmethodwasusedtoexploretheffectf thechangesinenzymaticactivityintheenzymaticreactionsystemResultsTheidentficationmethodofTLCwassimple，exclusive， clearspotsandnointerferenceinnegativecontrol.TheHPLCmethodhadhighaccuracy，andthemethodverificationresultsshowed good linear relationship with peak area within 0.2014-1.007mg/mL （ R2=1.0 ），good precision，stability and reproducibility（RSD <2.0% ），and the average sample recovery rate was 100.56% . Theresults of the extract showed that 95% ethanol as the extraction solution was the most suitable. The inhibition rate of xanthine oxidase was 75. 21% . Conclusion The quality standard of Wuwei Kuanjin Decoctionestablishedinthisexperimentisscientific，reasonable，stableandfeasible，whichanprovidereferenceforthequalitycontrolof Wuwei KuanjinDecoction.Theinhibitionrateof Wuwei Kuanjindecoctiongranulesonxanthineoxidaseishigh，whichmaybe one of its mechanisms in treating gout.
