Abstract:ObjectiveToestablishthequalitystandardofWuuei KuanjinDecoctiongranulesandexploretheinhibitoryffectof Wuwei KuanjinDecoctiongranulesonxanthineoxidase.MethdsTCwasusedtoidentifyTinosporasinensis(Lour.)MeSuertia Thunb.Then the content of gallic acid was determined by HPLC. Using 95% ethanol, 50% ethanol and n -butanol as extraction reagents,theoptimumextractionconditionswerescreenedbycoldsoakingandhotsoaking.HPLCmethodwasusedtoexploretheffectf thechangesinenzymaticactivityintheenzymaticreactionsystemResultsTheidentficationmethodofTLCwassimple,exclusive, clearspotsandnointerferenceinnegativecontrol.TheHPLCmethodhadhighaccuracy,andthemethodverificationresultsshowed good linear relationship with peak area within 0.2014-1.007mg/mL ( R2=1.0 ),good precision,stability and reproducibility(RSD <2.0% ),and the average sample recovery rate was 100.56% . Theresults of the extract showed that 95% ethanol as the extraction solution was the most suitable. The inhibition rate of xanthine oxidase was 75. 21% . Conclusion The quality standard of Wuwei Kuanjin Decoctionestablishedinthisexperimentisscientific,reasonable,stableandfeasible,whichanprovidereferenceforthequalitycontrolof Wuwei KuanjinDecoction.Theinhibitionrateof Wuwei Kuanjindecoctiongranulesonxanthineoxidaseishigh,whichmaybe one of its mechanisms in treating gout.
