Abstract：TheZbingYuanliuXizhuisaworkwritenbyShenJinaointheQingDynasty，whichhasadetaileddescriptioninthe syndromediffrentiationandtreamentofcough.Intework，thetreamentofcoughreflectsthediffrentiationofzang-fusydrome， emphasizing thedampnes -dispeling plegm cultivationand tonifying themidlepalaceandtonifingthe kidney water，and paying atentiontotheuseofchannelizingdrugswhenusingpreseription，manyprescriptionswithrigorouscompaibilityandremarkableffect werecreated，andthedosageformswerediverse.Theuthorwillsynthesizendsummarizetherelevantmethodsandprescriptionsfor thediagnosisandtreatmentofcough witenbyShen，analyzeandsummarizeShen’s thoughts，methodsandcharacteristcsofhediagnosisandtreatmentofcoughwithtraditionalChinesemedicine，andstrivetoprovidereferencesformodernclinicaltreatmentofcough， andfurther enrich the related research content of the diagnosis and treatment of miscellaneous diseases.
