Abstract：ObjectiveTooptimizetheextraction，concentration，dryingandgranulationprocesesofArtemisiaargyitraditional Chinesemedicineformulagranules.Methods Theextractionprocess of Artemisiaargyiwassreeedbyorthogonal experimentaldesign methodwiththeextractionrateofvolatileoilanddryextracrateasevaluationindicators.Thetypesandamountsofexcipientsinthe wet granulation processwerescreened withtheformationrateandsolubiltyasindicators，andtheprescriptionandthebestforation processofthegranuleswereoptimizedResultsTeextractionprocessofArtemsiaargyitraditionalChinesemedicineformulagraules wasasfollows：dd1istemotofwat，oilforousetacttwic，extactvoatileilysadistilationrepete misia argyi volatile oil β-ψ inclusion complex by saturated solution method，mix the extract，sugar powder，dextrin 1：1：2（ w/w ） and Artemisia argyi volatile oil β-CD inclusion complex evenly，use 80% ethanol （ v/v ）as weting agent，make soft material，granulatewithNo.1sieve，dryatlowtemperaturefor2hours，andthensizereductiontoobtainthefinalproduct.ConclusionThepreparationprocessofArtemisiaargyi traditional Chinese medicine formula granules establishedinthisstudyisstableandreliable.
