Chemical Constituents from Zhuang Medicine Alysicarpus vaginalis（L.）DC.

Abstract：ObjectiveTostudythechemicalconstituentsof Zhuang medicineAlysicarpus vagnalis（Linn.）DC.Methods The compounds were isolatedbySilicagelandMCIcolumn chromatography，subsequentlysubjected to SephadexLH-2Ochromatography andrecrystaliztionforfurterpurificatioStructual elucidationoftheisatedompoudswereacevedbymassspectrotry（MS） andnuclear magneticresonance（NMR），corroboratedwithdata fromrelevantliterature.Results Sevencompoundswere solated from the ethanol extract of A. vagnalis.and their structures were identified as follows ： β - sitosterol （1）， β - daucosterol（2）， β - levantenolide （3），soya-cerebrosideI（4），2-methoxy fatty acid（5），stigmast-4-ene -3β ，6β-diol （6）， n - tetracosunoyltyrumine（7）. Conclusion The compounds 3-7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
