Abstract:ObjectieToevaluatetheefectsofdiferentpolarityextractsofErshuFlavors ShanuPillontheblood-brainbarrier(BBB)bothinvivoandinvitro,andelucidatetheunderlying mechanisms.MethodsBBBpenetrationefectsoftheextractswere investigatedusing invivoandinvitroBBBmodels,whileELISAkitswereemployedtoexplorethemechanisms.Results Thesteam distlltionfractionexiedtestrongestehancementofBBpermeabilityandsigcantlydowegulatedteexpresionofCudin -5 ,E-cadherin,ABCB1,andABCC1.ConclusionErshiwuFlavors ShanhuPilsmayenhanceBBBpermeabilitybyinhibitingthe MAPK-related signaling pathway through its active components,thereby regulating the expression of Claudin -5 ,E -cadherin,ABCB1,and ABCC1. This mechanism improves the structural integrityof the BBB and reduces drug efflux.

血脑屏障(bloodbrainbarrier,BBB)由内皮单层细胞、星形胶质细胞和周皮细胞组成,能够阻止绝大多数外源性物质透过,并选择性地将脑内有害物质或过剩物质泵出脑外,维持脑内微环境的稳定。(剩余10834字)
