Abstract：Thispapersummarizes Baisexperienceinthetreatmentof paralysis inthreeaspects：First，basedonthediferences intheendowmentofmenandwomen’sqiandblood，inthetreatmentofparalysis，theprescriptioofmedicationhasoviousifer ences：Second，forthethreebasicparalysisdiseasesofparalysis，painparalysisandpalsy，Baiadvocatedtoanalyzethecauseofthe diseaseaseitherexogenousoritealinjuries，andthetreatmentswouldbechangedcordingly.Tird，heproposedtoutilizethe theoryofthefiveelementsofbirth，restraintandtransformationtoidentifythefalsesignsofparalysisandtotreatthemauately. TheseexperienesreflctthemeticulousnessandfexibilityofChinesemedicine，aswellasthesignificanceof identifingadainingthecauseinthetreatmentofparalyticdiseases，whichstillhasapositiveguidingefectonourcontemporaryclinicalpractice.

包头市是内蒙古地区最大城市，早在中华民国时期即是绥远省的经济文化中心，新中国建立后，更是涌现出一大批医术卓越的名老中医，他们的医事、医话至今在民间流传，1991年中医古籍出版社出版《内蒙古名老中医临床经验选粹》1]一书，对他们的部分临床经验进行总结，但是内容分散不成体系，随着时间的推移，这些名老中医的临床经验有极大失传的可能，为此包头医学院中医学院受包头市政府委托，收集民国时期名老中医散落民间的处方、医案、医论，进行整理及数据发掘。（剩余4809字）
