Abstract:ObjectiveTodevelopaninductivelycoupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)methoddetermination 5 harmfulelementsinBlanphlieOsPurus,ndtopreliminarilyevaluatetheriskharfulelements.MethodsTeontents5elements in29batchesBalanophyliaeOsPurussamples weredeterminedbyICP-MS.Thedailyexposure(Exp)thehazard index(HI)methodwereusedhealthriskasessmentResultsThelinearrelationshipthe5elementsweregoodwithinacertain concentration range ( R⩾1.0000 ), the limits detection were 0.000 4-0.001 8 3μg⋅mL-1 .The RSDs precision were (204号 0.58%-1.42% ,the RSDs repeatability were 0.52%-1.99% , the RSDs stability were 0. 89 % -2.72%.The average recoveries were in the range 91.79 % -99.28%. The content Cu Pb in the 29 batches Balanophyliae Os Purus are relatively high ,while the content As Cd are low, the content Hg are not detected. The daily exposure ( Exp ) hazard index((H)valuesarebothlessthan1,indicatingthatthehealthiskiswithinanaceptablerange.ConlusionTis methodissiple, acurate,suitabledeterminingthecontentiorganicelementsinBalanohyliaeOsurus,providingareferencetealth risk assessment heavy metals harmful elements.
