Abstract：Cough isacommoncomplicationof pregnancy，anditsdelaycanafectfetalgrowthanddevelopment，andevenlead toadversepregnancyoutcomes.Duetothespecialperodofpregnancyandtheadversereactionsofdrugs，thedrugsthatcanbeused inclinicalpracticeareftenlimited，andthecurativeefectisnotgod.TraditioalChinesemedicineissfeandefectivnthepre ventionandtreatmentofcoughduringpregnancy.ThisarticlesummaizestheclinicalexperienceofProfessorLiuLiangli，afamous TCM doctorin GuizhouProvince，inthetreatmentof Zisudisease.Basedonthetheoryof“kiden-uterus uter-Chongrenren-lung axis”，ProfesorLiuLiangli believesthat Zisudiseaseisbasedonkidneydeficiency，qiqiascendinginverseasthestandard，and lungfailureisitsbasicpathologAndaccordingtothdiferentperiodofpregancyndadoptdfrenttreatenteurativeefect is exact.
