Analysis of PD-1/PD-L1and Hiv-1Replication Level in AIDS Patients with Different TCM Syndromes

Abstract：ObjectiveToexplorethediferenceofimmuneresponselevelbetwee two typesofcommonTCMsyndromesofAIDS patients：qi-yindeficiencytypeandqi-deficiency-dampnessobstruction typebasedonTcelldepletion.MethodsTheexpresion levels of PD-1，PD-L1， CD4+ ， CD8+ ，HIV-DNA，HIV -RNA and cytokines were detected by flow cytometry，Elisa and qT -PCR.Results the expression water of PD -1，PD -L1， CD4+ and the ratio of CD4+ /CD8+ were lower in the patients with deficiencyof bothqiandyinthaninthepatientswithdeficiencyofbothqianddampnessTheExpresion Waterof HV-1-DNAand CD8+ inthepatientswithdeficiencyofbothqiandyinwashigherthanthatinthepatientswithdeficiencyofbothqianddampess， the difference was statistically significant （ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion there are differences in the immune response level of AIDS patientswithdiferentTCMsyndrometypes，andtheimmunedisorderofqi-yindeficiencytypeismoreobviousthanthatofqi-deficiency and damp - resistance type.
