Abstract：ObjectiveTinvestigatewhether thepolysaccharidesareskiniritatingandaergic，andwhethertheyareiritatingto therectalmucosa.MethodsGuineapigswererandomLydividedintoblank group，positivegroupandBletillstriata Polysaccharide group.Theskinoftheleftbackof guineapigsassensitizedbythecorrespondingsubject，andtheprovocation experimentwasperformedontherightback14daysafterthethirdsensitization.Afterprovocation，theguineapigskinwasobservedandscored，andthe incidenceofallrgicreactonwascalulated.NewZealandabbitswereusedforskinitationexperiments，andafterskinprepaation onbothsidesoftheback，BletllstriataPolysaccharidesolutionwasgiventothleftside，andthesameamountofnormalsalinewas giventotherightsidefor14days.TobservetheiitationofBletilltriataPolysaccharideontheskinofNewZeaandrabbits.New ZealandrabbitsererandomLydividedintoBletillsriataPolysachaidegoupndoralsaliegroup，andtherectaltisuewasnterceptedfor1hftertelastadmisrationfor14days，andteectaltisuewasitercetedforematoxylinosinstainngter thelastadminisration.Results There wasnoskiniitationinNewZeaandrabits，noskinalergiesinguineapigs，andnorectal mucosaliritationinNewZalandrabbits.ConcusionTheBletillstriatapolysaccharidesproducedinGuizhouhavegoodexternal safety.
