Residue, Transfer Rate and Risk Assessment of Six Neonicotinoids Pesticides in Wolfberry

Abstract:ObjectiveTodeterminetheresiduesof6neonicotioidsinWolfberyandevaluatetheriskofchronicdietaryintake basedontheresidues.Methods Theresidualamountofneonicotinoids in12batchesofWlfberywasdeterminedbyQuEChERS-Ultra-high PerformanceLiquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass (UPLC-MS/MS),and thepesticide transferrate was investigated by fourextractionmethods.Thedietaryriskwasevaluatedaccordingtomaximumresiduelimit(MRL)andchronicdietaryintakeriskformula.ResultsNeonicotinoidpesticidesweredetectedinallthe12batchesof Wolfbery,includingdinotefuran,thiamethoxam, clothianidin,imidacloprid,acetamiprid and thiacloprid. The detection rateswere 8.3% , 83.3% , 75.0% , 100% , 100% and (20号 16.7% ,respectively. The transfer rates were 43.0% , 97.0% ,62. 5% , 42.8% , 81.9% and 4.6% ,respectively. All neonicotinoid pesticide residues did not exceed MRL value,and %ADI value was less than 1% .Conclusion Although the detection rate of 6 neonicotinoids in 12 batches of Wolfberry was higher,the dietary risk was lower.
