Abstract：Cholecystitisisaclinicallcommondigestivesystemdisease.Inrecentyears，withtheimprovementof lvingstandards in China，itsprevalencehasshonanupwardtrend.Modernmedicineprimarilyreats ithoughcholecystectomy，utpostoperativesyndromescausesignificantdistresstopatientsProfesorLiYingcun，basedonthetheoryof“promotingpatencyfortherapetic use，”positsthatitsetiologyandpthogenesisivolve：“interalinjuyduetoemotionaldisorders”leadingtogallladderqistagnation，“dietaryirgularites”resultingingbladderheatacumulation，nd“exogenouspathogenicfactrs”impairinggalbladder descent.Thetreatmentfocuseson“soothingtheliverand promoting bileflow”，“clearingdamp-heat”，and“promotingbileflow anddredging thefuorgans”.BymodifyingandappyingDunhuangDaXieGanTang（GreatLiver-DrainingDecoctionfromDunhuang）combinedwithLiaoFengXuShouRuoFang（FormulaforTreatingWindDeficiencyandEmaciation），hehasdemonstrated significantliicalfcacyThisarticlesystematicallsummarzesProfessorLiingeun'slinicalexpernceandtypicalasstr tingcholecystisundertheguidanceofthe“promotingpatency”theory，providingreferencesfortheclinicalapplicationofDuuang medical principles，methods，and formulas in managing cholecystitis.
