Abstract：Paraquat poisoning hasalwaysbeen thefocusof emergencymedicine.Becausethereisnospecificantidoteatpresent， themortalityrateisextremelyhighInrecentyears，withthedevelopmentofbloodpurification、ECMOtechnologyandlungtransplantationtechnoogy，itstreatentsucessratehasimproved，utduetoitshightreatmentcostandshorageofonors，soalityate remains highProfessor Zheng Jinadvocatespaying equalatentiontoChineseand Western medicineinclinicandhasrichexperience inemergencytreatment.Combinedwithmorethan3Oyears’medicalexperience，itisconsideredthatthebloodheatofparaquatpoisoningis thekeypathogenesis.Itistreated bystages，suchas“dredgingfu-organsanddischarging poison”intheearlystage， “coling bloodandstoppngpoison”intheacutestage，and“strengtheningthebodyresistanceanddetoxifying”inthelaterstage. ThearticleitroducesProfessrZengJn'siicalexperieneintreatig paaqatposongasflos，icholyprovidesewtreat ment ideas for clinical colleagues.
