The Efficacy Of Zhongping Acupoint Burning Mountain Fire Combined With Acupuncture Exercise Therapy In The Treatment OfWind-Cold And Damp Frozen Shoulder In33 CasesWasObserved

Abstract：ObjectiveToobservetheclinicalefectof burning mountainfireat Zhongping pointcombinedwithacupunctureand exercisetherapyonscapulohumeralperiarthritisofwind-cold-dampnesstype.MethodsAtotalof66patientswithperiarthritisof shoulderwereselectedandrandomlydividedintoobservationgroupandcontrolgroupaccording totherandomnumbertablemethod， with3casesineachgroup.Thecontrol groupwastreatedwithroutineacupuncture，whiletheobservationgroupwastreated with Zhongping pointfirecombined withacupunctureexercisetherapyonceadayfor1Odays，andrestedforonedayafteronecourseof treatment，foratotaloftwocourses.Beforeandaftertreatment，thesymptomscore，visualanaloguescale，VAS）score，Constant - murley shoulder function （CMS）score，serum pain -causing factor （PGE2）and inflammatory factor （CRP，TNF - α ）were observed，and the clinical eficacyofthetwo groups wascompared.Results The effctiverate inthe observation group（ 75.8% ）was significantly higher than that in the control group （51.5% ）（ P<0.05， ）.After treatment，the TCM symptom score，VAS score and CMS scores of the two groups were all improved （ P<0.05 ），while the serum pain -causing factors （PGE2） and inflammatory factors （CRP and TNF -α） were all decreased （ P<0.05 ），and the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group （ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion Burning mountain fire at Zhongping point combined with acupuncture and exercise therapy can relievethepaindegreeofpatintswithscapulohumeralperiarthritisofwind-cold-dampnesstypeandimproveshoulderjointactivity.
