Abstract：ObjectiveTodevelopanHPLCmethodforthesimultaneouscontentdeterminationofeightconstituentsinXiangshaPingwei Pills.Methods The analysis of methanol extracting solution of this drug was performed on a 25qC Yi Lite C18 column （250（204号 mm×4.6mm ， 5μm ），with the mobile phase comprising of 0.1% phosphoric acid solution（A）-acetonitrile（B） flowing at 1.0 （2mL/min in a gradient elution manner，and the detection wavelengths were set at 283nm ， 259nm ， 215nm and 334nm .Results Na-rirutin，Hesperidin，Ammoniumglycyrhizinate，Honokiol，Costundide，Dehydrocostuslactone，MagnoloandAtractylodinshowedgood linear relationships within the ranges of 4.416-132.48μg/mL （ r=0.9999 ）、 22.679-680.37μg/mL （ r=1.0000 ）、（20 4.993-149.79μg/mL （ r=0.9999 ）、 7.249-217.47μg/mL （ r=0.9998 ）、 8.001-240.03μg/mL （ r=1.0000 ）、3.076 -（2号 92.28μg/mL （ r=0.9999 ）、 11.066-331.98μg/mL （ r=0.9997 ）、1.518-45.54 μg/mL （r =1.000 0），whose average re-coveries （RSDs）were 98.10%（ 0.55% ）、 97.24% （ 0.84% ）、 98.39% （ 0.69% ）、 98.86% 1 0.91% ）、 99.62% （20（ 0.59% ）、 98.33% （0.68%）、 99.47% （0.88%）、97.70% 0.49% ），respectively.Conclusions This simple，reliable，accurate and reproducible method can be used for quality evaluation control of Xiangsha Pingwei Pills.
