Abstract：IntheEastern Han Dynasty，Zhang Zhongjing’s“TheGolden Esentials”discuses theetiology，andtheetiologyof emotionalilnssistrecoredintethearticlesofZongjing.However，anyofhisaptersonratioalprescriptiosaeelated tosentimentsItimplisteidaofidentifngandtreatingemotioal-relateddiseass.Itisstillwidelyusedinlinicalpracticeand has significanteficacy，butithasnotyetben exploredBasedonitsmainsymptomsandtakingthediseaseasthekeylink，this paperproposestheideaofdistingushingandtreatingemotinaldiseassandsiilarafectivedisorders.Basedon“twopansandfourdistinctions”model，andtheviscerameridiandiferentiationmethods，itisdividedintotwocategories：“panmeridians”and“panviscera".Andfromthe“fourdistinctions”，thatis，todistinguishthecauseandmechanism，andtodistinguishndtreattheabnormal emotionaldisease.Atthesametime，theideasofdiferentiationandtreatmentof“pan-viscera”emotionaldiseaseandquasi-emotionaldiseaseweresummaredandaalyzed，thatis，“basedonyinndang，takingintoaccountthefiveorgans”todistinguishand treat“panicandsorow”，“distinguishingbetwenthevirtualandthereal，andtakingadvantageofthesituation”todistinguishand treat"iritabilty，ndepilepsy”，and“atachingimporancetotesplenandstoach，dispelingdampnessanddriking”toistinguishandtreat“inexplicability”.Combined withtheclinical experienceof moderndoctors，thepaperdeelystudiesandsummarizes therulesofZhonging'streatmentofemotion-relateddiseases，hopingtoprovidereferenceforthfuturecliicaltreatmentofotion - related diseases.
