Research on the Preparation Process of Anshen Zhumian Tea Bags

Abstract:ObjectiveTooptimizetheproductionand preparation processofamedicinalandedible herbal teabagdesigned for calmingandslpaidMethodsSingle-factorexperimentswereconductedtoinvestigatetheimpactofherbpretreatmentstepsonthe preparationefectivenessoftheteabags.Theindependentvariablesincludedthegrindingsizeof theherbs,drying temperature,and dryingtime.Keyevaluationmetricssuchassensoryevaluation,extractcontent,productyield,andformationratewereusedtodeter minetheoptimalvaluesforeachfactor.TheBox-Behnkenresponsesurface methodologywasfurtheremployedtorefinethegranulationprocessparameters.Theamountofwetingagentadded,mixingduration,anddryingtemperaturewereselectedasindependent variables,withthegranulationefctastheresponsevalue,toidentiftheoptialgranulationconditions.Thestabilityoftheptimizedprocesswasverifedthroughthreebatch rials,ndthephysicalpropertiesof thepreparedgranulesweremeasured.ResultsThe single-factorexperimentsrevealedthattheoptimal pretreatmentconditionsfortheherbsweregrinding to6Omesh,dryingat 80qC , anddryngfor4hours.TheBox-Behnkenresponsesurfaceanalysisidentifiedtheoptimal granulationparametersasawetingagent addition of O.66 times the raw material weight,mixing for 47 minutes,and drying at 80 C .Verification trials under the optimal conditions resulted in a granulation rate of (95.11±0.27)% ,which closely matched the model's predictions.Additionally,the bulk densityadangleofreposeofthepreparedgranulesmetthepackaging standards.Conclusion Bycombiningsingle-factoranalysis withtheBox-Behnkenresponsesurfacemethodology,theproductionprocess oftheAnshen ZhumianTeaBagswassuccesfulloptimized.This process not only improved the product yield but also ensured the excellent flavor of the tea.
