Precision Talent Attraction Strategy for Technology Enterprises in the Context of Building a Leading Education Nation： Constructing a Talent Gravity Field Based on Digital Twin Technology

Abstract：In the context of intensifying technological competition，talent has become a critical strategic resource for the development of technology enterprises. However，Traditional talent atraction models exhibit shortcomings in precision，efficiency，and foresight.To address this issue，this study innovatively introduces Digital Twin technology to construct a "digital talent magnetic field" system. Through the design of a demand prediction model，the development of an intelligent recommendation algorithm， the establishment of a virtual interaction platform，and the creation of a closed-loop feedback mechanism，a dynamic and precise talent-matching system is formed. The research provides actionable technological pathways and a phased implementation framework for enterprises to transition from "passive recruitment" to "proactive ecosystem construction." Theoretically，it facilitates the shift in human resource management from experience-driven to data- and inteligence-driven approaches，offering both practical and theoretical support for technology enterprises to build a differentiated competitive advantage in talent acquisition.
