The Influence Mechanism of Platform Human Resource Management on Employees Innovation Performance: Based on the Mediating Role of Digital Technology Application

Abstract:In the digital and intelligent era,bureaucratic management is confronted with practical limitations such as departmental bariers and lagging information exchange,which makes it difficult to adapt to the new trends of dynamic market changes,consumer dominance and human-machine collboration. Many enterprises are facing dilemmas in organizational transformation and innovation in human resource management. Taking enterprise employees as the research object,based on organizational flexibility theory and agility theory,this study introduces the perspective of digital empowerment,adopts empirical research methods,focuses on the influence mechanism of platform-based human resource management on employees'innovative performance,and explores the mediating role of digital technology application and the moderating effect of employees' digital collaboration competence.The results show that platform-based human resource management has a significant positive impact on employees' innovative performance;digital technology application plays a complete mediating role between them, while employees' digital collaboration competence plays a positive moderating role. This study reveals the internal mechanism of platform-based human resource management affecting employees' innovative performance in the context of digital inteligence,and provides theoretical basis and practical enlightenment for enterprises to optimize human resource management mode and improve employees innovative performance.
