生成式人工智能赋能制造业企业高质量发展

——基于新质生产力的中介作用

Abstract：Against the strategic backdrop of the deepening "AI Plus" initiative and the accelerated cultivation of new quality productive forces， generative artificial intelligence has emerged as a pivotal driver， profoundly reshaping the development paradigm of the manufacturing industry. This study examines A-share listed manufacturing firms in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2O11 to 2O23，establishing a measurement system for generative AI and high-quality corporate development to empirically test its direct effects and the mediating mechanism of new quality productive forces. The findings reveal that generative AI significantly promotes high-quality enterprise development，while the mediating role of new quality productive forces constitutes a complex dynamic process wherein associated transformation costs partially offset the technology's direct positive effects. This research provides empirical evidence for understanding the enabling mechanisms of generative AI and and supplies references for manufacturing firms to navigate transformation tensions.
