'esearch on Knowledge Diffusion Pathways and Frontier Topic Evolution in Open Public Data

Abstract：With the development of the era of big data，data contains huge economic and social value，As one of the basic of data elements，the opening of public data has become a key prerequisite for the competition in big data.In the rapid development stage of public data opening，mastering the theme distribution and development trend of public data opening is conducive to enhancing the value of public data resources. This paper uses keyword clustering and LDA model to mine the literature semantic information，reveal the topic distribution and development trend of public data open research，and determine the knowledge field of public data open application.The research indicates that studies on open public data revolve around three core domains： government data，health and medical data，and cultural data， while focusing on five key thematic clusters： public value，platform construction，key technologies，security & privacy，and ethical governance. The research hotspots have evolved over time from technological implementation and policy exploration toward governance reflection and cross-domain collaboration，with an increasing emphasis on fine-grained analysis of data elements. Notably，major public health events such as the COVID-19 pandemic have significantly accelerated the prominence of health data openness and privacy-security issues.
