数字生产力水平测度及障碍因子识别研究

Aeasurement and Obstacle Factor Identification of Digital Productivity in Guizhou Province

Abstract:Digital productivity is an important manifestation of new-quality productive forces and a key engine driving high-quality economic development. First,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for digital productivity,adopts the entropy-weighted TOPSIS method to measure the level of digital productivity in Guizhou Province from 2Ol2 to 2023,and uses the obstacle degree model to identify and analyze the main obstacle factors affecting digital productivity. The results show that: Guizhou's digital productivity level has presented a year-on-year upward trend, increasing from O.142 in 2012 to 0.826 in 2o23 with an average annual growth rate of 22% ; through the identification of obstacle factors,digital business and intangible means of production at the system level are the core obstacle factors for the development of digital productivity,and obstacle factors at the indicator level such as per capita education level, digital strategic emerging industries,postal services, e-commerce transaction volume,scientific and technological innovation level,and RE.D expenditure all have a significant impact on Guizhou's digital productivity. Accordingly,this paper puts forward suggestions including promoting the high-quality development of the digital industry,advancing the digital transformation of industrie,strengthening the innovation capacity of digital technologies, and building a digital talent team, so as to provide references for the research on digital productivity.
