Research on the Application of Decision Variable Analysis Method in Patent Navigation

Abstract:Patent navigation has become an indispensable inteligence and decision-making support mechanism for China's technological development. However,in the practical work of patent navigation, there exist problems such as content homogenization, process standardization,and insuficient pertinence and effectiveness. Technological development is a complex system,and differentiated patent navigation plans should be formulated based on different decision-making scenarios and actual conditions. To introduce the relevant methods of decision variable analysis into patent navigation,it is necessary to define the decision-making scenarios and conduct demand analysis in advance. Through the use of reasonable analytical tools,key decision variables can be obtained,further enhance the decision-making support function of patent navigation. By using three tools, namely causal chain analysis,system module analysis,and decision tree analysis,the method of decision variable analysis can be successfully applied to patent navigation,and preliminary design of navigation plans are carried out,with the aim of providing references for the theory and practice of patent navigation.

专利导航这一概念的提出最早可追溯至2013年,其后逐渐进入国家宏观政策和规划决策视野,经历了“试点工程"到“导则”再到“标准”的演变历程,并在实践中不断地丰富和发展[1]。(剩余10963字)
